While one half (49%) say that they can take the cold and snowy winter weather for only short periods of time, three in ten (28%) say they simply hate winter and would rather be on a beach in the Caribbean. In fact, most (63%) ‘disagree’ (24% strongly/39% somewhat) that ‘the primary place for a child to learn is at school, not at home’, while four in ten (37%) ‘agree’ (11% strongly/27% somewhat).
