Toronto, ON – A new Ipsos-Reid/CTV/Globe and Mail poll released tonight indicates that Conservative momentum in the province of Ontario has put the Harper Conservatives within grasp of a minority government. The razor’s edge shows the Liberals at the low end of the seat model at 115 seats and the Conservatives at the high end of the seat projection model at 114 seats.
