Toronto, ON – According to the latest Ipsos-Reid/CTV/Globe and Mail poll release today, support (74%) remains high for implementing the Kyoto Protocol. One-fifth (19%) of Canadians remain opposed to the Protocol. These findings are consistent with the findings of a previous poll conducted the first week of October when 74% expressed support and 21% were opposed.
