Todd Board leads Ipsos Insight's Technology & Communications Practice, providing critical market research and expert consulting to leading global technology companies. He has an extensive background in applied quantitative analysis, Web-based research, and leading-edge online and technology environments. With 20 years of combined experience as a market researcher, database marketer, and marketing and business consultant, Mr. Board is valued for his broad scope of knowledge and ability to guide clients in their pursuit of actionable, strategic recommendations. His technology, marketing, and technical research experience uniquely informs his ability to relate with clarity and perspective how technology is evolving and its potential to impact our lives.
Within the technology industry, he is well known for his work on cyber-segmentation and the "Digital Den," or in-home digital convergence. He oversees publication of Ipsos' publication, America's Digital Den, which is updated quarterly and provides marketers with research on how and why consumers interact with audio and video content in the home. Prior to joining the technology team at Ipsos Insight, Mr. Board was instrumental in growing FGI Integrated Marketing to attain Inc. magazine's "Inc. 500" status and beyond. He was also a founding owner of Knowledgebase Marketing, a database marketing company now part of the WPP Group.
Todd holds an MMR (Master of Marketing Research) degree from the University of Georgia. He is a frequent commentator and author on technology topics relating to emerging trends in the Technology and Internet space.
