Nearly One Half (46%) of Quebecers Believe that a Vote for The Bloc is ‘a Wasted Vote’

Ottawa, ON – According to a new Ipsos Reid poll conducted on behalf of CanWest News Service and Global Television, the most important factor in determining how most Canadians will vote is ‘the parties’ positions on important issues’ (62%), not what they ‘think about the party leaders’ (21%) or their ‘local candidates’ (17%).
