Earlier this summer, Ipsos Vantis ran its Demand Express omnibus to study the performance of 30 new products and services that have recently hit the market. The purpose of this research was to learn more about how demand for new product offers is influenced by both the written concept copy and the potential for the concept to generate buzz (word-of-mouth).
