Executive Assistant to the CEO, Ipsos ASI, North America



Currently, Ipsos is accepting applications for the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO, Ipsos ASI, North America.  The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Executive Assistant with experience working with senior level executives in a fast-paced environment. Duties include:


  • Administrative and secretarial duties
  • Scheduling meetings; conference calls & making travel arrangements
  • Working with executives reporting to the CEO to set up meetings and events
  • Supporting basic operational needs related to business tracking while working with cross-functional teams that include sales, operations and finance
  • Maintaining busy calendars; screening telephone calls
  • Monitoring e-mails and responding appropriately
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks concurrently


Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, focused and diligent with an outgoing, composed and professional style.  Must be a proactive self starter with sound judgment and superior interpersonal skills.   Some travel may be required in support of group and/or executive events.
