Market Research Interviewer

Position Summary

Market Research Interviewers are responsible for conducting telephone surveys with people throughout Canada and the United States on a variety of political, social and consumer topics including agriculture, financial services, retail services, health & pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and public affairs. There is no telemarketing involved.,

Ipsos Direct hires at a training wage of $10.50/hr. Your training period encompasses your first 250 hrs of employment. After 250 hrs worked you have the potential to increase your wage to $10.75/hr if you achieve expectations of reliability, work conduct, work quality and productivity. You will then have the opportunity to increase your potential earnings to $13.00/hr (with performance based premiums) thru hours based performance reviews.

Our state of the art contact centre is located in downtown Winnipeg, easily accessible by major transit routes.

All Market Research Interviewers must be able to work a minimum of three shifts per week, including a Friday, Saturday or Sunday shift. Evening shifts are available, with the chance to move to our day shift. Evening Shift choices are Monday to Friday 4-10 pm, 4-11 pm, 5 to 10pm or 5 to 11 pm, Saturday 11 am - 6pm and Sunday 3-10 pm. Our shift scheduling is done on a bi-weekly basis.
