While starting his career in sales (at Xerox) and then brand management (at Mars foods), Steve has been involved in the marketing research and information business in the UK, South East Asia and, since 1985, in Canada.

As President of Ipsos Reid East, Steve directs the company's Marketing, Loyalty, and Media CT research business which involves a number of specific responsibilities including managing a staff of almost 100 marketers and researchers, local product development, innovation, and R&D. He also oversees the publication and release of white papers and publications in the marketing and loyalty space, as well as a number of significant research programs.

In addition to his management role, Steve continues to act as team leader for a number of accounts mostly in the technology sector. He has been a member on the Ipsos International Loyalty Board since its inception in 2002 and is also active in the broader industry. He was the 2010 conference chair for the Marketing Research & Intelligence Association's (MRIA) annual conference and is a Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) Board and Executive Committee member.

Leading Ipsos' ethnic marketing practice, Ray works with all types of companies to understand and respond to specific ethnic and cultural markets. He has recently been appointed leader of Ipsos' Global Financial Services practice, serving as a hub coordinating Ipsos' work in financial services around the world. He is an adjunct professor of marketing at York University - a role which regularly tests his ability to stay abreast of emerging and evolving social networking and other web utilities.

Tim's research career spans 20 years during which he has conducted studies with many thousands of respondents of all descriptions across North America and in countries around the globe.

He works with clients across a full spectrum of business and government in Canada. His energy clients include oil and gas companies, pipeline transportation companies, electric and gas utilities, alternative energy providers, energy industry associations, government energy departments, and industry regulators. Tim has conducted a wide range of research for Ipsos clients in related sectors including railways, forestry, and telecommunications. He is regularly engaged as a speaker at business conferences and major client meetings in Canada and the United States.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts (first class) from the University of Victoria and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary. His graduate work focused on the history of political movements, populist politics, and the rise of political parties in Canada. His academic background includes studies in economics, psychology, and sociology.

Her passion lies in helping clients create a unified view of their customer and brand by integrating consumer research with strategic marketing consulting.

With more than 25 years of experience in the strategic application of consumer research to branding and marketing, Mary Kaye has spent over half of her career as a buyer of research services. Her extensive research background includes advertising and branding, product development, segmentation, and strategic planning across a wide variety of product and service sectors. Mary Kaye is actively involved in the American Marketing Association (AMA) and, locally, the Puget Sound Chapter of the AMA and the Puget Sound Research Forum. She recently joined the faculty of the AMA's Training Series program and is responsible for developing and leading a course on Strategic Research Planning.

She is a graduate of the University of Iowa and has completed Master of Arts preparation in Psychology at Drake University. The focus of her academic studies has been on experimental social psychology.
