He has designed consumer and B2B research for global clients covering areas such as competitive market understanding and segmentation, product innovation and price sensitivity, brand/product positioning and messaging, and brand optimization.
Previously, Eric was a Research Manager at GfK Custom Research. Prior to that, he managed research for NBC Internet and the University of California. Eric has a Master of Arts in Social and Cultural Anthropology and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of New Hampshire.
